In a public statement, the bank confirmed that the case has been escalated to the appropriate authorities and said it is cooperating fully with the investigation. “We are aware of social media reports involving a former Contact Centre Agent in alleged misconduct. The matter is now in the hands of the authorities, and we are providing full support,” the bank said.
