Galatasaray continue to push for the Turkish League title, having defeated Bodrum on Friday night.
The league leaders were looking to extend their lead over Fenerbahçe on the league table and edge closer to the league title.

They did claim an important 3-0 victory over Bodrum, who are looking to avoid relegation and go six points clear of Jose Mourinho's team.

Osimhen, who has been Galatasaray's best player this season, was unable to get his name on the scoresheet.

Turkish journalist explained why signing Victor Osimhen made no sense for Galatasaray.

As it happened 
The Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen made the starting lineup, leading the attack after scoring for Galatasaray in their last match.
The home side started the game well and were rewarded with the opening goal of the game, which was scored by former Arsenal player Lucas Torreira, taking the lead into halftime


Galatasaray continued where they left off. In the second half got the second goal from a corner, which Davison Sanchez headed home.

Osimhen was not at his best on the night, but the home team did the job and held on until the final whistle was blown.

Despite not scoring, the Super Eagles star is still the team's highest goalscorer with 21 goals in 25 league appearances.
