Coalition Not A Conspiracy To Remove Tinubu From Power, Tinubu Has Removed Himself Long Ago—Adebayo

Prince Adewole Adebayo, the presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), has urged political groups to unite against President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 election, as reported by TIFEMAX NEWS.

He made this call while speaking at a gathering of the Arewa Movement for Good Governance in Kaduna State.

Adebayo criticized Nigeria’s current leaders, calling them a disappointment to the country’s founding fathers.

He said that past leaders like Nnamdi Azikiwe, Ahmadu Bello, and Obafemi Awolowo would be unhappy with the way the country is being governed today.

He stressed that the meeting was not just about President Tinubu but about creating a strong political coalition.

According to him, Nigeria needs a national consensus to bring better governance. 

He argued that Tinubu had already failed in leadership and should be removed through the ballot in 2027.

The meeting in Kaduna brought together political leaders and activists from different regions.

Many participants expressed concerns about the current state of the nation and agreed on the need for unity ahead of the next election.

Adebayo stated that the goal is not just to remove Tinubu but to ensure that the next government works for all Nigerians.

He urged opposition parties, civil society groups, and concerned citizens to work together for a better future.

“This meeting is not about Tinubu. It is not a conspiracy to remove Tinubu from power because Tinubu removed himself a long time ago by himself. What we are doing now is to get a national consensus for governance."

“This is not a conspiracy against one person. Leave Tinubu alone; he himself has quit power long ago. What we are discussing now is how to have a new conversation where nobody can escape and say I am from the south or the north; I am a Christian or I am a Muslim,” he stated.
